Thank you for a very stress-free holiday I had with my family, especially my parents who have difficulty walking for too long a distance. The city guides were conscious of their physical condition, and kept checking in with them to ensure they could enjoy the city tour in comfort. My parents enjoyed the golf cart ride in Rome the most as the guide (I forgot his name!) was super attentive and friendly and thoughtful throughout the full-day tour.
My family was most impressed with the communication between the hotels and drivers and city guides, especially during the handover in Venice to the private water taxi. We did not have to worry about where to go at the pier as both drivers made arrangements to hand over our luggages and usher us to the boat.
The hotel locations were also very centralised, making it very convenient for us to explore the city centre during our free and easy time. The shopping and dining recommendations from Vitor Italy certainly came in handy!
Most of all, we were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome and farewell gifts and handwritten notes you’d surprised us with! Your constant communication via WhatsApp to check in on our well being was also very much appreciated. To know that we always could turn to you for help in Italy itself was very reassuring. I’d since shared my experience with friends and some of them are already thinking of planning a trip to Italy with Vitor!

Other than that, it was most pleasant traveling with Vitor Italy. My parents said if you’ve the same services in other countries, we’ll certainly want to engage you again.
